Depending on the style, we use two different combinations of seating, comprised of two deck types and two back constructions:
Seat Cushions
Inner coil spring units are encased with a medium density foam shell and wrapped with polyester fiber to offer firm support and a soft touch.
Medium density foam forms a supportive core that is surrounded by a super soft out casing and wrapped with polyester fibers to give a soft, plush feel.
On select products, we will create a luxuriously “deep” seat by adding a poly-fiber or down-and-fiber blend top.

Frame construction:
Selecting only hardwood solids and plywoods or Larch solids for our structural members, we use an Interlocking© frame construction technique, by which the back rail of the seat and the back rail of the back frame are joined together with stainless steel bolts. This results in a frame of exceptional strength and reliability.
